1. Information we collect

When you ask for a quote or an installation

When you use our community WiFi

We do not record which websites you visit or the content of your browsing.

We do not receive your card number or mobile money PIN. Payments are handled by Paystack, which sends us only the result of the payment.

2. How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that need it to do their job for us:

We may also disclose information when Ghanaian law requires it, for example to a court or a law enforcement or regulatory authority with legal power to ask for it.

4. Where it is stored and how we protect it

Our WiFi system and this website run on servers in London, United Kingdom, so your information is stored outside Ghana. The United Kingdom has strong data protection laws of its own.

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS) between your device and our servers, encrypted links between our servers and WiFi routers, access limited to staff who need it, password-protected admin accounts and regular backups.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Payment and business records are kept for as long as Ghanaian tax and business law requires. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

6. Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, you can:

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may ask you to prove who you are first, for example with a code sent to your phone number. If you are not happy with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

8. Children

Our services are not aimed at children under 18. On community WiFi we only know the phone number used to buy a bundle, so we cannot tell who is using a device. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Our terms and conditions explain the rest of the rules for using our services.
